    Thank you for the reply Rui.

    Here are our settings:
    Default Font: Georgia
    Default Google Font: OFF; N/A
    Headings Font: Helvetica
    Google Headings Font: OFF; N/A
    Default Google Font: OFF; N/A

    We recognize from our files that the font should be “brandon-grotesque” but it does not seem to be displaying correctly on the site. Please see the attached screenshot of the text on the site and how it’s suppose to look as “brandon-grotesque.”

    Thank you for the update Kyle.
    We’ve had an outside developer address this issue and it has been resolved.

    We appreciate the time your team took to look into this issue and help us identify the cause.

    The white page no longer persists, however, we have noticed that the headlines on our homepage and posts display in a font similar to Times New Roman. Can your team provide any information on where the settings to change this would be?

    We have tried switching the fonts already selected in the Supreme Options > Font Options menu but it does not change the appearance of these headings.

    Good Morning,

    Can you please provide an update on the this issue?
    The site is still displaying a white page and we need to have the problem resolved as soon as possible.
    Is there any other information we can provide on our site that will assist in a solution?
    Rui, you mentioned we should create a child theme. Is there any way to do this within the current version of the theme before making any updates?

    We made customizations to the Supreme theme so we would not be able to update the theme at this time.

    I turned on the debug mode as you advised. And there are some errors that quickly flash by before the page turns white. I attached a screenshot of the text.

    It looks as if the sidebars are not being retrieved correctly. Are there any settings can we change to correct this problem?

    Thank you for your reply Rui.
    We tried changing the WordPress memory to 128mb and 256mb and it did not work.

    Is there another solution that we can try?
    Could there be a setting related to the Supreme theme version we have that is malfunctioning?
