Fair enough – but if you did, we’d buy it and so would many dev’s I’m sure.

Well, nothing *included* as such – more of a basic, unlimited licence version of the framework that you have built your themes upon.

Yes, I suppose so – we have used Joyn on 2 current sites and are about to put it forward again, for a new pitch. We like the framework a lot and would like to see a more bare-bones version for easier customisation, if that is possible?

Gargh, so simple. So this is confirmed a theme issue then, and not a local one?

    Thanks for the super-fast response.

BTW, is Swift Framework available standalone yet?

    Cheers
    Matt

Windows 7 and 10, Mozilla/FF, Chrome, all latest up-to-date versions.

OK thanks – as a quick test I removed the CSS from the Child Theme and it’s still doing the jump, so I’m pretty sure it’s something in the parent theme.

    Hi David

yes absolutely – always have cache turned off in dev tools but have double-checked anyway and it made no difference.

I have tried this in my own Chrome as well as Firefox and am getting the same issue. I *think* it’s happening on any ‘container’ div, as when I remove the class tag in console the issue goes away (along with the formatting obviously).

Interestingly, I tried it in the new Windows Edge browser and there’s no issue there.

    Hi David

I’m in FF, and a colleague uses Chrome, but we’re noth seeing the issue. What happens exactly:

Click the button, and everything on the page *except* the banner shifts (roughly) 20px right, as the screen is greying out.

You then click the CLOSE button on the modal, and it all goes back to normal. Odd right?

    Matt
PS. Sincere thank you for the excellent support, and the extra lengths you have gone to to help with my issue. I think I’ve now bought (and implemented) this theme 3 times due to the excellent framework and great support.

David that’s great – that’s exactly what we wanted and you can how see it working as we wanted it on the homepage.

Quick question: Why does the site shift 10 or 20 pixels right when we open a Modal? And shifts back when we close it again?

    Hi Rui

    Thanks for the reply.

OK well yes yours more-or-less works, but I still cannot make this work as intended on our *real* banner! Can you possibly take a look? As I say, it’s the Home banner on the Polaroid layer, where I want the link (trigger) on the Polaroid image.

I really appreciate your help on this!

    Cheers
    Matt

I have included a screengrab of the shortcode and where we’re putting it…
