    Hi Rui,

    I have paid for the plugin and followed the steps on the WPML localisation and the drop down appears in my footer where it should be but when clicked it does nothing.

    It says it has found the .mo files but there are no translations for any strings appearing.

    Of course, there is the option to manually add translations but this is not feasible for us to do this.

    Can you please login and take a look to see if there is something that I am missing?

    I have added the custom CSS but it does not appear to change on the site. Can you please tell me if something is incorrect?

    Hi Kyle,

    I have read many forums now of other themes having the same issue and the theme owners’ developers have managed to resolve the issue with a woocommerce bug fix.

    Can you please look into this further and have a solution for the site. I cannot believe that we are the first people who need to collect different shipping and billing details and certainly will not be the last.

    I am sure we can find a quick fix together and I look forward to a speedy resolution. Can you please let me know the next steps forward and possible completion date?

    This is now holding up our company’s entire relaunch and costing us money in doing so and your upmost support is greatly appreciated.

    I changed to Twenty Sixteen and the setting were the same. Now when I try and change back I cannot. See the attached screenshot when I try and activate the Atelier theme.

    How do we resolve this?

    So I need to switch themes on the site? Will I not lose data or design on the current site?

    Hi Kyle,

    I have tried this a few times and unfortunately it does not seem to work.

    If a customer wants to enter a different billing address to their shipping address there is no way for them to do so as far as I can see. How can we enable them to do so?
