I cannot seem to add the option at checkout to have separate shipping and billing addresses. I see in Woocommerce>Settings>Shipping but I want to enable the option for the customer to enter different addresses.
Can you please help me enable this?
Cheers,
Adam

Yes, in Woocommerce>Settings>Shipping in shipping options choose ‘default to customers billing address’ this will give the option for shipping address

I have tried this a few times and unfortunately it does not seem to work.
If a customer wants to enter a different billing address to their shipping address there is no way for them to do so as far as I can see. How can we enable them to do so?
Thanks
Adam

September 12, 2016 at 9:05 am #291442So I need to switch themes on the site? Will I not lose data or design on the current site?
September 12, 2016 at 9:05 am #291443When you switch back to Atelier everything will be back to normal

September 12, 2016 at 9:13 am #291446I changed to Twenty Sixteen and the setting were the same. Now when I try and change back I cannot. See the attached screenshot when I try and activate the Atelier theme.
How do we resolve this?

Regarding the shipping issue, as it is the same with Twenty Sixteen, it’s not an issue with the theme. Please contact WooCommerce Support and ask them how to enable the shipping address fields

September 15, 2016 at 11:09 am #291906Hi Kyle,
I have read many forums now of other themes having the same issue and the theme owners’ developers have managed to resolve the issue with a woocommerce bug fix.
Can you please look into this further and have a solution for the site. I cannot believe that we are the first people who need to collect different shipping and billing details and certainly will not be the last.
I am sure we can find a quick fix together and I look forward to a speedy resolution. Can you please let me know the next steps forward and possible completion date?
This is now holding up our company’s entire relaunch and costing us money in doing so and your upmost support is greatly appreciated.

September 15, 2016 at 11:46 am #291912Have you contacted WooCommerce regarding the issue? This is not related in any way to the theme so it’s not our job to find a fix for it
Hope you understand
