Hi David
I figured it out!! I changed the single product image settings in woocommerce to be the exact size of the image placeholder and this has stopped the zoom function and now images are appearing clearly 🙂
Hi David
No I’m still experiencing the pixelating. Here is a good example https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/kitchen-dining/french-bowl/ – hover over the image and you’ll see when you hover the image is crystal clear and when you remove mouse it pixelates. It’s as if it’s zooming or using a smaller image and when you hover it’s the actual image size? As mentioned it’s only happening on the new batch of images e.g. https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/kitchen-dining/french-bowl/ and not on the products I added a few months ago e.g. https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/accessories/summer-bracelet/ – which I can’t understand?
I even updated the new images to 1200px wide and it makes no difference, they are still pixelating.

Quick update – I’m only noticing this distortion on the new batch of product images that I uploaded a couple of weeks ago? The older images don’t seem to be affected? The size of the images is the same, well there is 1px difference in the width but surely this can’t be causing the issue?
e.g. https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/accessories/summer-bracelet/ not affected
https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/accessories/gravity-gold-earrings/ – distorted and only clear when you hover over imageHi Rui
Please see attached. On the left you will see the pixelated image when you land on the product page. On the right is the image displayed clearly when you hover over it. I want the image to display clearly when you land on the page without having to hover.
Thanks

Thanks David. Yes I am seeing it correctly now but the carousel functionality still seems to be not working?
I forgot to add, the carousel also doesn’t seem to be working on the display.
Thanks
Excellent, thanks David 🙂

“Is it possible to remove the words “no comments” from next to the blog authors name on posts that allow for comments?” – see thread above.

I have noticed now even though comments are enabled in wordpress they don’t seem to be appearing on the front end?
Thanks
Sure we can remove the whole line…
