Hi guys
Since the update, when you land on a single product page eg. https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/kitchen-dining/fattie-cup/ the image is pixelated until you hover over it then it shows clear image. Is there a way to have the actual (clear) image showing all the time?

I can’t replicate that, can you shows us some screenshots to see what you mean?
Also try to clear the browser cache.-Rui

Please see attached. On the left you will see the pixelated image when you land on the product page. On the right is the image displayed clearly when you hover over it. I want the image to display clearly when you land on the page without having to hover.

Quick update – I’m only noticing this distortion on the new batch of product images that I uploaded a couple of weeks ago? The older images don’t seem to be affected? The size of the images is the same, well there is 1px difference in the width but surely this can’t be causing the issue?
e.g. https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/accessories/summer-bracelet/ not affected

What WooCommerce version are you using?
For me, it does not seem pixilated as such. The two URLs do have different proportion images though which is the only difference I see.
Please add a WP login for us to take a closer look.

No I’m still experiencing the pixelating. Here is a good example https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/kitchen-dining/french-bowl/ – hover over the image and you’ll see when you hover the image is crystal clear and when you remove mouse it pixelates. It’s as if it’s zooming or using a smaller image and when you hover it’s the actual image size? As mentioned it’s only happening on the new batch of images e.g. https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/kitchen-dining/french-bowl/ and not on the products I added a few months ago e.g. https://nativeinteriors.com/shop/accessories/summer-bracelet/ – which I can’t understand?
I even updated the new images to 1200px wide and it makes no difference, they are still pixelating.

I figured it out!! I changed the single product image settings in woocommerce to be the exact size of the image placeholder and this has stopped the zoom function and now images are appearing clearly 🙂
