Hey, I was able to fix the problem with a plugin called a3 Lazy Load. Thank you for your help!
Ok, I’ve cleared the browser cache and still having the same issue. I just tested to see how it works when I turn the responsive setting off in the theme options and I was able to navigate from store to product just fine. The featured image popped up fine.
It’s still not appearing when I search from my iPhone or from my tablet. I’ll still be playing around with it today to see what’s going on.
Hello Ed,
I haven’t made any coding changes. I think it’s just how Google Chrome displays the information, because when I checked how it looked from my iPad, iPhone and Safari browser everything looked fine.
Hello Kyle,
I can’t provide the link as the site is not live, but I’ve attached another screenshot. Hopefully it can give you a bit more insight. If not, let me know what else I can do. Thanks!

I uploaded a fresh copy of WordPress but unfortunately that didn’t solve the menu issue.
Hey Kyle,
Thanks for your quick response! It’s just a little much to try to upload an entire new copy of WordPress, I’ll just deal with the menu and try to get creative lol!
Hello there!
I’m having trouble adding 2nd level items to my main navigation menu. I’m unsure if the theme doesn’t allow for that, or if it’s actually a bug. When I’m setting up the menu, I can add second level menus, but once I click save, all the menu items reset to the top level.
