September 13, 2015 at 10:14 am in reply to: WPML plugin does not translate products and bottom menu on my "home page" only. #212516Hi guys,
I contact with Pierre from WPML 2nd tier support and here is what we get.
Hello Pawel,
After more investigation, I found 2 issues:
1. Compatibility issues with product blocks in the theme “Neighborhood”: The queries are not filtered by WPML.
2. Compatibility issue with Revolution Slider: This plugin is altering the sitepress language property during the script execution, so the menus are not translated in the footer or in any other location displayed after the slider. The only workarounds I could suggest for now is to remove product blocks on the homage and deactivate Revolution Slider (I know this may not be convenient, but I don’t have any other alternative to suggest).
Our compatibility team will get in touch with the theme and plugin authors and I will keep you posted as soon as I have a feedback.
Let me know if you know how to deal with this problems?
Regards,
