Hi Rui,
I’m still having the same issue on an iPhone 5S running iOS 7 even after a cache clear. I will have a 6 Plus to test in a few days but I’d like to make sure it works for all users.
I added a screenshot as private, assuming support can view it. Thanks.
This reply has been marked as private.Could the issue be due to the catalog resolutions I set in the WooCommerce settings? I’d really appreciate a response by the morning.
Although I’d make the initial issue the priority.
The site doesn’t seem to align properly in Chrome even when the window is maximized and the logo doesn’t appear correctly in Firefox unless the window is maximized. You can use (desktop) Safari to note how the site is intended to look.
Thanks again.
To be more specific, it seems that about 15-20% of the time the page may not fully load on the desktop Safari, and it seems to be a theme issue since as you can see in the screen many elements of the theme aren’t loading.
Menu is okay now, just assumed I wouldn’t have to re-select it after an update.
I’m estimating based on the amount of times I’ve seen it happen. At least one other user has reported it.
Tried browsing through the demo a few times and no, it doesn’t oddly. I’m stumped though since disabling plugins doesn’t fix it nor does removing the little bit of custom CSS we have.
The menu wouldn’t appear by the way when I tried updating to the newest version, which I’ve seen this loading issue happen on as well. Had to revert back to 1.3.4.
Hope this isn’t too much of a bother, ha. I own multiple Swift Ideas themes; I’m a fan!
I could securely email you login details. Where can I send them?
Hi Melanie,
It was built with the page builder using the Shop Products element as it was the only way I could find to make featured items into a shop page.
Hi Melanie,
The screenshot is an example of the site when it doesn’t fully load. This occurs about once in every 50 page loads in Safari.

Is there a way to make a shop page with only featured items?
