Hi Rui,
yes we have caching and CDN enabled (I will clear both respective caches)
Is it possible to exclude the thumbnails used in the drop down from lazy load?
Thanks
Chris
Hi @Deresstive – which hosting company do you use?
On site ground we are using Super Cacher and cloud flare CDN and it seems to of sped things up a little, though its definitely still not as fast as we’d like…
no
Hi Kyle,
Great – thanks for your help.
So we need to ask our host to add all the variations of our address as secondary domains?
Thanks
Chris
hi we are getting a very similar slow forwarding from http to https
http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/eyqdQ6/reikokaneko.co.uk
Any advice you could offer on explaining this to hosts / possible fixes would be much appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Chris
Hi Rui,

Hi thanks Ed. look forward to the feature arriving in an update soon.
Hi Rui – not sure I want to put test code in our functions php. as our site is now live. As soon as we have our staging site fully up and running i will try and test it there.
Thanks
Chris
This seems to of fixed itself over night. Wish I knew why this was.. could it be something to do with browser caching ? Though I cleared all my caches yesterday and it still looked broken… or could it be related to server side caching being cleared ( i think this runs automatically)
Thanks for checking it out anyway
Chris
For some reason – we have now been able to activate the rev slider
HOWEVER
It seems to be overriding page builder elements.
For example – on this page the rev slider alias = showroom, is set to be contained in a 2/3 rd width page builder element.
https://www.reikokaneko.co.uk/visit/
However it seems to be overriding this and displaying at full width and removing the other page content (text) all together.
Can anyone help ?
great, many thanks Rui!
hi
we had this problem for a while.
We’re not using font deck but another custom font
The issue was being caused by the font being called from an old temporary url e.g. devlopmentsite/wp-content/theme/fonts etc
when we had moved to our live domain in prep for launch e.g. launchdomain/wp-content/theme/fonts etcchanging this source url in the css fixed our issue.
sorry of this doesnt help (might be different with font deck im not sure…)

I am also looking for the latest version of Revolution slider.
I downloaded the neighbourhood zip file from codecanyon (Download > All files and documentation – option)
Looking inside neighbourhood v3.10 > premium plugins > codecanyon-2751380-slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin > release_log.html shows its only version 4.6.93 (latest on codecanyon is 5.02)
Can you help with latest version ?
Thanks
Chris
Hi Mohammad,
