Some other pages I could use Swift Page Builder to edit. I actually have just amended on the FAQ page and had no problem at all. But I again have checked the Shop page (just before sending this message), the Builder is frozen.

Hi Kyle,

I am sorry the code you suggested didn’t change the image to be 427.5px height. However, I’ve tried by using Toggle bar to change and found that it takes effect if I added the height in the Element of img.attachment-full.size-full to be height:427.5px; It is what I expect, please see in the screenshot (…08:16:41.png). So I checked the code from inline which is the following class:

.img.wrap.img.attachment-full.size-full {
height: 427.5px;

But when I added this code in the custom CSS/JS (…08:18:48.png), it didn’t work (…08:21:30.png). The element was supposed to be changed did nothing.

What is your opinion?

It is strange that this morning I was trying to do some work on the website and previewed a product. The website again back to the strange look like earlier. I’ve cleared the cache of browser. I’ve used a few different browsers and tried on a different desktop computer. They looked the same. It only displayed nicely on a mobile phone device. How do you see on your computer?
