Frozen Swift Page Builder and Meta Option

Hi there,

My Swift Page Builder seems to be frozen. I can’t edit each elements!!! There weren’t Edit icons appear which is weired.

Also, Meta options seem not working either.

I’ve updated to a new Swift Framework version 2.5.22.

Hi,

Usually that’s caused by a conflict with another plugin.
Try to disable all plugins except SwiftFramework to see if that happens.

Then activate one by one or several at each time and keep testing until figuring out the problematic one.

Thanks for your reply.

Some other pages I could use Swift Page Builder to edit. I actually have just amended on the FAQ page and had no problem at all. But I again have checked the Shop page (just before sending this message), the Builder is frozen.

Well you shouldn’t edit the shop page since it should be blank.
Any other page where this happens? If so provide me the link and admin credentials in a private reply.

You should delete that content since in Woocommerce you can’t place any content in the shop page, and it can create additional issues.

I tested the same content in a new draft page, and the buttons on the page builder elements appear when you mouse over.
