When you click on Title 1 at the top, the page goes down to the title 1 section,
When you click on Title 2 at the top, the page goes down to the title 2 section,
When you click on Title 3 at the top, the page goes down to the title 3 section.

I want to do that. Is it possible? If so, how?

About the table, I would like 3 columns with the same small wideness and the label column twice as wide as tho other ones.
