I updated everything that can be updated, Themes: Dante, 2014, 2013, 2012. All plugins. Woo commerce with the data upgrade.
Still the same problem.
December 16, 2014 at 12:10 am in reply to: Swift Builder WYSIWYG no longer on pages interface #135870I will update what you want me to update. I am relatively new with WP. I had a front-end dev do the layout. I’m pretty sure he only did css customization.
Let me know what you want for me to update, and I will do it. At this point, this is the best restore that I can seem to find, so I’m not against changing it, if you have a good idea of what might be causing it.
On restore the only thing that hicuped was the restore of one of the plugins, Woo catalog visibility. I re-installed from a fresh download and the problem went away.
Now, I am only left with this Wysiwyg issue.

Instead, a separate interface appears that is not integrated with the page builder, and it holds with a “Loading, please wait” cursor. I have attached an image of the interface and what I see.
Perhaps, the 4.0 WP upgrade has altered the way that page builder works. Prior to 4.0, the swift builder wysiwyg was integrated into the page builder dialog. Now, there are two separate dialog sections: the page interface and a swift builder interface that is not operable.

After opening the dashboard in several different browsers on two different computers, the condition of this post still persists.
I have entered to other messages for this same issue.
I have restored previous versions of my site, and all of them have the same problem, of no WYSIWYG interface.
this is not simply a browser cache problem, or clearing the cache would have resolved the issue.
December 8, 2014 at 5:40 am in reply to: Swift Builder WYSIWYG interface gone, but short codes still owrk #134111hi,
So, I’m somewhat new to WordPress (1 year worth of experience).
I renamed the Dante folder in my themes folder to Dante.old.active There was another version of Dante.old in my themes folder. That might have been added by the guy who originally built the site.
I uploaded the newly downloaded version of Dante off of the web site, and activated it. The WySiWyg missing problem is still occurring.
