Hello,
While further investigating the issue, I found the image you originally sent is cropped and does not show the full error and the details, could you please resend the screenshot, this time with the blocking error and if possible any suggestions as to how to fix it, as you will notice, the website is trying to load the script from a different site (you will find that information just above the 404 errors)..
Thanks,
LizI can see the image better now, however I cannot see the path, and I still fail to see why the server will block just 3 JS files when it is allowing the executing of plenty more JS files.
Is it possible to have a phone conversation, I could be reached at +1 780 463 9876 ext 406 or +1 780 554 4594
Thanks,
LizI get this error when trying to access the above link.
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
AccessDenied
<Message>Access denied</Message>
</Error>Hello,
Thank you for your response, unfortunately I cannot clearly see the file path in the images, could you please resend the picture with a better quality and clearly showing the path?
My question is, how come the server decides to block those 3 JS files and not the rest JS file (which are plenty); furthermore, the error in the image is a 404 error, indicating the files cannot be found, meaning the files do not exist, not that they cannot be loaded. I reached out to the server sys admin and he searched the file system for those files and could not find them.
I will appreciate if you could assist us in resolving this issue, perhaps it is a configuration item that we are missing, any ideas on how to resolve the situation.
Thanks,
LizHello,
Would you be able to provide us with the specified files and the location where they should go so I can upload them to the site?
Thanks,
LizI was adding it under Customizer. I don’t have the option to under Theme Options. You mentioned in another post that it looks like our web host is blocking some of our js – could this be the same thing? I’ve sent a ticket to them, so hopefully that gets sorted out quickly.
Hi David,
I disabled the menu because it was displaying improperly and I needed to send the site to a colleague.
I temporarily enabled it to take some screen shots of what I encountered.
In the attached:
QTS1 shows that the menu appears on the landing page when enabled (even with the script to tell it not to)
QTS4 shows that the landing page ID is 2
QTS3 shows the menu appearing in the wrong space – below the header instead of in it; and also shows that the menu is transparent.I hope this helps clear up the issue.
Thanks!

Thank you!
Awesome! Thanks Rui.
Additional question – How do I change the size & colour of the font in the toggle block title?

I’m not sure exactly where to look – can you be more specific?
And when you say upload theme files; do I need to delete anything first, or just upload the Uplift theme zip file? Will it remove any of the settings or custom CSS?
This website is supposed to go live later today so I want to be very careful not to make a mess of anything!
Thanks!
