Here are the images. Looks like they didn’t make it on the first try.
@wwiderock – Regarding your questions about events calendars… I am, and have been using the Timely All-in-One Events Calendar with Flexform for quite some time and it works just fine. I am using the Pro version now, but the free version worked equally as well when I had it installed. There isn’t much difference between the free and pro versions besides 1 additional calendar view and a few extra bells and whistles. If you would like to be more specific about the problem you are having I would be more than happy to try and help. It’s likely just a matter of getting the calendar settings correct.
I also have the Events Manager plugin installed. Right now I actually have both the All-in-One and Event Manager plugins installed and activated at the same time (and working properly). Each has features that the other does not so I’m trying to decide between the two; while also testing out the possibilities of making them work together for various functions. Anyway, just thought I’d let you know the Event Manager plugin is also worth consideration; and I just wanted to point out that I have both installed and activated with zero issues.
I haven’t yet tried out “The Events Calendar” plugin by Modern Tribe though I have read up on it. I’ll likely end up giving it a spin as well by the time it’s all said and done… You mentioned that the calendar page doesn’t show up in the pages list. Like I said, I haven’t used “The Events Calendar” plugin so I can’t say for certain but, the other two that I am using both require you to either select, or create then select the page that you will use for the calendar from within the settings for each plugin, respectively.
Hope that is helpful. If you have any questions please feel free.
You could give this a look for a possible workaround – Widget Shortcode Plugin – Ref: 1–2–3
You’re more than welcome. Thanks for the brilliance. HYFR
Thanks Cosmin, same to you! Always happy to help. Awesome team! Awesome theme!
If you upload the demo xml files you will find the “Sazzi” portfolio page that you referenced located under: Portfolio > Page Builder Post Page 1
From there, you can simply open the Swift Page Builder and copy the code from the full width text block element located at the top of the content area. Alternatively, open the Swift Page Builder and add the “Text Block (Full Width)” element to your page or post.
To edit, click the small pencil icon in the upper right hand corner of the element. Add your heading to the “Widget title” field. In the demo this would be, “PROJECT OVERVIEW”. Insert a 1/4 + 1/2 + 1/4 Column with the Swift Shortcode Generator. Replace the dummy text between the opening and closing 1/4 column brackets with a period (.)
Replace the dummy text between the 1/2 column brackets by first adding a dropcap, then add any other text you would like. Add the dropcap via the Swift Shortcode Generator > Typography. Highlight the dropcap and the text you have just entered, then click the “Align Center” button in the WP visual editor. Select “Alt 4” for the “Show alt background” field located just below the editor (Alt 4 is black by default). Enter “mt0 bb0 bt0” in the “Extra class name” field and then save.
If you’d like it to appear exactly as it does in the demo you will need to add an extra blank line above the text you entered in the full width text block. Well, I hope that helps. If all else fails, just upload the demo xml files. Great way to learn how Ed has styled and configured different aspects of the demo.
