Hi there!
I’m having some issues with the full screen video, everything was working perfectly and suddenly just stopped displaying them, I click on the button and nothing happens. Any suggestion?

Hey, I did what you told me but definitely is not working, it’s not sorting anything and displaying all the products.

You can see what I mean, just choose any product and see what happens. Maybe you find the problem.

Hi Kyle, yesterday I tried several things:
1. disabling plugins
2. I install a new version of the theme
3. I revise all my setting in the theme and all is fine

At the end the white space still there. Something is pushing my background image dawn. This white space has been a pain, Don’t know what else I should do.

What else do you recommend me to do?

I just saw your reply Ed. In order to keep my theme with no modifications, I re-instal the theme again with the idea of having everything clean, but the white stripe still there, I don’t know what else I should do. Any recommendation?
