white space at top of page

Have you tried installing a fresh version of the theme? Tried disabling plugins? Something is messing up somewhere, and it’s not the theme as standard.

Hi Kyle, yesterday I tried several things:
1. disabling plugins
2. I install a new version of the theme
3. I revise all my setting in the theme and all is fine

At the end the white space still there. Something is pushing my background image dawn. This white space has been a pain, Don’t know what else I should do.

What else do you recommend me to do?

Still can’t see what could possibly cause this, very odd – must be something to do with your wp-config, possibly language/encoding related.

I’ve been adjusting some css to try and workaround to get it how you’d like it, and this may work for you:

.header-wrap {
position: absolute;
width: 100%;
}
#main-container {
padding-top: 200px;
}

we are having a similar whitespace problem on all pages except the main home page, which works perfectly. I’ve attached an example, but it is happening on all pages except the default landing page. The site is running the latest version of WordPress (4.2.2) and Dante 2.82.

We’ve compared the homepage with all other new pages, and can’t identify what would be throwing things off.

Appreciate any help to remedy this issue.
