Hey Ed thanks! Kyle thanks.. no more red overlay 🙂
Hey Kyle I did some heavy duty Google and found a fix for this thats pretty simple! Basically they said to go into the dashboard, scroll down to settings, hit up ‘reading’ and set the blog posts per page, to 24 hit save.. i now have 24 products showing on one page! They also gave a bit of short code in case that didnt work (it did so i’m not using the code)
you can find the quick basic info here
http://joshmountain.com/blog/changing-woocommerce-products-per-page/oh! hmm.. okay thanks for that.
thanks Kyle. appreciated.
This reply has been marked as private.it also hasnt changed how many items i am viewing on one page.. its stuck on 12 items even though my swift shop element is set for 24.
no i wasnt. i just updated all three.. the images on the guys shop page now have the red overlay on them.. which i am trying to get rid of on the main site page and cant figure out :p Go figure.
found it. It already was set to standard layout. any ideas what to try next?
i dont have shop options under theme options. I had to ‘control – ” to see the last 3 options in that menu, could not get it to scroll down, but there are no ‘shop options’ in there?
ah. gotcha. that would explain why i keep finding two of everything in my menu options.. two ‘guys’ one that i’ve done in swift and one auto generated by Woocommerce.
okay so i now have my own ‘guys’ page up.. and when you hover on an image/product, it shows a white popup with text.. what is that and how do i make it look better.. visually it looks odd to me.. i think because it is cutting off the text on the left side.. are those the tags i’ve used in the product post? can i make those go away?
Kyle where do i find the products asset? is that in the swift page builder element? is it in the products listings? thanks.
got it thanks! thought using the edit function in wordpress was resizing the image but it was still using the original size. had to delete and edit in picasa then upload. works great thanks.
hey Kyle, have a look here: http://nightmaircreations.com/?galleries=look-book
scroll down and you will see they’re all in order until abut the middle and then one of them jumps to the right out of line. i’ve tried changing the order of the images and it doesnt matter which image i put there, it does that. scroll further down and it does it again. any ideas? thanks.
Kyle this is fabulous it works! my Lookbook has 3 images across the row on mobile! will this work if i change my home page settings to gallery at some point? havent decided yet on what i’m doing there but just curious. thanks.
got it David! thanks!
