Hi Kyle, I had a talk with my web host and combined with the info you gave me on the other support ticket with the URL in the settings not matching we sorted it out. AND… drum roll… i now see my testimonials, i now see the social icons functioning correctly and my home page looks good. thanks for your patience and support.

nope. i have 4 testimonials showing in my back end, not 3. the names are my own names, not the dummy content. the testimonials slider is showing the dummy content,not my own content.. not sure what’s up. tested in safari and in firefox and cleared cache in both.

it seems odd that you cant click on the slide to be directed to a product or category. three commerce sites i follow all have that option – click anywhere on the background image in the slider and it transfers to that content, much like being able to add a link to any media in any wordpress page or post….

so if i interpret your response correctly, you are saying i can add text in the slide content area and link that, but not in the slide background image area? okay.. will have to find a way to make it obvious to click on the text to follow a link to the products.

i think this is something that should be suggested to the developers -if you could that would be great thanks.

its about 6 or so hours later, this is very odd. The 3 testimonials that came as dummy content, that you posted a screen shot of in the back end, have disappeared. They are not on the list of testimonials in the side bar dashboard editor, but they are still showing up in the front end carousel. I dont get it.

Hi Kyle, those testimonials you showed me are the dummy content. The three that I wrote are not showing up in the published testimonials window even though I’ve set it to show the most current first. I just checked the back end.. the three testimonials i added and saved are not showing up in the ‘testimonials list’ that you took a screen shot of. I used the ‘add new testimonials’ and hit the publish button so not sure why they’re not in the list with the 3 from dummy content? but that would be why they dont show up on the front page. I will play with it today and if i figure it out i will close this .. if its still open tonight when you guys read this it means i still havent figured it out. thanks.

apparently Safari wont let me do things :p Tried it in Firefox and it worked first time. Images are showing up on front page where they should be. Thanks guys!

I cant use visual builder/editor and Swift page builder at the same time, but can I use Swift and page meta at the same time? Thanks.

hi Kyle, okay my web host says my current PHP is version is 5.4.38 and to ‘Double check the version of the theme or plug-in that is requesting the PHP and make sure it is up to date.’ — the message for me to update my PHP is coming from the Breadcrumbs NavXT plugin. I checked this plugin and it’s up to date, and supposedly needs PHP 5.3 or newer which I have. So if I disable this plugin, will it affect my Atelier theme? Do I NEED this plugin to run your theme?
