I have deactivated all plugins as you requested.
Oops forgot the screenshot. Also when I try to close that popup box, I am unable to do it and the page freezes and the only way to get out is to close the tab and start over.

This reply has been marked as private.After putting this CSS in and changing it back to “window height” this worked. Thank you.
Thank you for your help
I think I resolved it. I added the caching plugin you recommend and it seems faster. Any other suggestions you have would be great.
This reply has been marked as private.That worked. Thanks so much!
As I mentioned the only reason it worked was because I embedded it with raw HTML. When I use the video widget it looks like this: http://www.dyslexicandunstoppable.com/2016/07/11/2nd-unusual-symptom-dyslexia-behavioral-problems/
I tried the suggestions in this post, http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/video-not-embedding/, but that didn’t work. I eventually just embedded it using HTML code but I don’t know why the video widget in Swiftbuilder is not working.
Thanks you’re the best
I have a related issue that I’m sure is the fault of some setting I have in place, but I’m not sure what. When I go to the user above’s site (www.metzgeralbee.com) and click on an icon box. It flips around then gives me the opportunity to click and go to the page that it is linked to. On my site, http://www.DyslexicAndUnstoppable.com when you click on the icon box, it just takes you to the linked page and does not flip around first. What is the reason? Thanks
I think I actually figured it out. Found a resource online that suggested changing the embedded HTML code to <div class=”video-container”><iframe…….></iframe></div>. Then it said to add the following to the CSS:
.video-container {
position:relative;
padding-bottom:56.25%;
padding-top:30px;
height:0;
overflow:hidden;
}.video-container iframe, .video-container object, .video-container embed {
position:absolute;
top:0;
left:0;
width:100%;
height:100%;
}Seems to have worked without “breaking the theme”
