Hi Kyle, it must have been an issue with my server. I contacted the host and they fixed that yesterday so all is well. Must not be a theme issue but if anyone else has that happen it did something as soon as I updated the theme so they should contact their host and have them look into it.

Thanks Kyle, Ed helped get this resolved last night. The issue was in the catalog image size I needed to make the image dimensions smaller than the smallest product photo I had uploaded which happened to be that 400×400 in product catalog image size worked perfect for me. Then I had to regenerate thumbnails. I used “force regenerate thumbnails” plugin for anyone else interested. It worked much faster than the standard plugin “regenerate thumbnails”.

Also, I see there are different product sizes in theme docs which I tried those as well and the images are still showing staggered and different sizes.
