Thanks Ed! Everything is now working again. I appreciate your prompt replies!
For others having the same problem, I’ll summarize what I did to fix the smooth scroll link problem:
1-After receiving updated theme files from Author…2- I uploaded and replaced the following files via FTP
/js/functions.js
/swift-framework/page-builder/builder/shortcodes/default.phpSmooth scroll works again!
Hi Ed,
Thanks for emailing me the updated theme files. I uploaded all of the theme files via FTP and had errors that broke the site.I’ve uploaded /js/functions.js from the emailed file and it did not change anything.
Are there individual files I need to upload for this to get smooth scroll and anchors to work again?
This reply has been marked as private.Having the ability to set a custom width of a text box would be great!
Similar to the effect created in your Nake Home Page paragraphs http://dante.swiftideas.net/home/home-eight-naked/ but without the need to <br> break the lines
I envision a “less than full width Text Box” element in the SPB that is a normal text box, but with a slider to choose the maximum width… or at least have it be a standard 600px wide or so.
I hope this helps!
I set my site back to 1170px to alleviate any problems, but would like to use it at 940px.
I’ll leave it set to 940px so you can see the problem.
@trailhuggersarah,
Great site! I like the “menu” links added below the header images! I also really like that you made the content pseudo “boxed” by placing it in a white box with the green background… it’s a very attractive effect! I’ve attached a screenshot of the problem.Hi Mohammad,
Thank you for looking into it. The cut off text only occurs with Chrome and Safari browsers. Firefox displays correctly. Thanks!hmmm… that’s scary! I turned off my CDN. The pages are loading fine for me, with the exception of the problem described above. Any help is much appreciated!
I forgot to mention that this appears to happen when using Safari and Chrome (I’m on a Mac). Firefox works.
Thanks for the feedback @loganwilliamson!
I removed the search feature… as it’s not really something my customers would use anyway. Some of the menu items can be difficult to read, but black text makes it the most readable under most screen sizes.
Hi Swift,
I absolutely love the theme! It’s easy to use and packed with useful features like beautiful galleries and I love the modals.Any constructive feedback welcome!
Thanks. I narrowed it down to the Better WordPress Minify plugin. I used the stock settings with JS, CSS and bloginfo
Interestingly, when I disable the “Minify CSS files automatically” everything works great! Perhaps something odd must be happening with the CSS mininification.
