I am having the same problem. I tried to update the theme through WordPress Dashboard. And that didn’t work. So I just downloaded from Themeforest, but the download is version 2.4.1 and I still have the same problem. No products show up in cart. winkink.com/shop

when you say “install the whole package” what exactly do you mean?

I’m having the same issue. I’m using a the Child theme. I uploaded the zipped cardinal and cardinal child theme, then extracted on the server side. So is that “the whole package”?
