Not saving all changes in child theme from theme options v1.62

Hello,
I have updated version 1.62 and working with child theme. Styling for the theme options looks great HOWEVER all the edits are not saved.
For example, header options ->Enable top bar -> Top Bar right text config
Impossible to delete the content of the box: Contact us on 0800 123 4567 or [email protected]

Hi, have you installed the whole package you downloaded from themeforest?This can cause such issues.
Maybe you can post up your website URL so we could check?

when you say “install the whole package” what exactly do you mean?

I’m having the same issue. I’m using a the Child theme. I uploaded the zipped cardinal and cardinal child theme, then extracted on the server side. So is that “the whole package”?

And what is your issue? Is it just that you cant change the text for Top Bar Right?

Yes, but it appears to be in the Nav Bar, not the Top Bar and I have nothing selected for the nav bar right text.

Fixed for you, just needed to select text and then remove the text
