It was on Google Chrome (specifically on a Google Pixel phone and I believe our client used a different phone but the same browser – Chrome)

Header-4.php is the problem its the row with 3 columns at the top.

Its hardly a big modification, its a simple row on top of another row, I shouldn’t be having an issue because as with any theme you stick a row on top of a row it just works it doesn’t cause the content which has nothing to do with the header to be pushed inwards it doesn’t make sense.
