We enabled the FTP service to allow updating and with the latest update (1.62), the Visual editor is fixed.
Hi we are having the same issue. The visual editor is broken and we don’t have a cache to clear. Flexform is 1.6 and themeforest does not have a 1.62 to download. [email protected]
Our SSL issues have been resolved, but we still get the menu/logo randomly no loading, mainly in Safari.
You can’t view the site because of SSL or the menu issue is because of SSL? We are currently implementing SSL and are working out bugs. The menu issue has been happening since before the SSL integration.
The site works for me, please try again.
Replacing the style.css code with a previous version fixed the issue. Thanks again for your help, you guys have excellent support!
This reply has been marked as private.The issue was in a corrupted slide that I assume failed to upload. I deleted all of the slides in the table wp_revslider_slides after reinstalling the updated plugin. This fixed the problem. Thanks for the help!
I have absolutely no options on the Revolution Slider page, only the error and the ‘update plugin’ button. No way to remove and/or add slides 🙁
