Sorry for being such a pain in the ass.. I just checked the website without putting the code there first and it seems like the row padding is less already but now also the pictures/movie next to each other are connected without any padding.

I added the code but no difference there.. Did you add anything in the custom css i can’t seem to find what you added but the pictures are joined together now without any spacing between them. I do like the spacing left and right, just not the top and bottom adding.

Do you know what i can do ? I flushed my cache to see if it had anything to do with that but so far no improvement

Hi Mohammed,

I just added the code in the custom css area after refreshing i do see a difference but it also takes away the padding/margin from the images within the rows..

What i’m looking for is losing the padding/margin between rows less spacing (see attachment) so it’s a similar spacing between rows as it is between the images.

One last question, i’m trying to reduce the padding between rows as seen on the homepage between the 2 rows of images. I tried many things but somehow i can’t get it to work..

Hi Mohammed,

Not doing much it’s displaying an error in the admin panel now see screenshot attached.

I added a different font now and that seems to work fine, so it must be the font (it didn’t display any custom font till today). I’ll go see what i can do to get a different version of the font as it’s not a theme error.

Oh i tried to upload the font file here but i get an error saying the file type is not permitted for security reasons here.. my previous attached screenshot is of what the font should look like.

Hi Rui,

It looks like it works right because it changes the font but i added graphik that looks similar to a helvetica font and the one that’s displaying is more like a times new roman so there is something going wrong and i added the fonts to my mac library which works perfectly see attached file that shows what the font looks like

Rui yay it worked! I added !important behind the social coding that worked like a charm.

One small thing than i’ll definitely take a break spamming you with questions (sorry..) i added a font in the custom font area but somehow it won’t show it when i add it to any H, body or menu option. Would you know if there is a error in the theme or if it’s me?

I added fonts before on a different website with the joyn theme and that worked perfectly so i’m assuming it’s me but i can’t see what’s going wrong 🙂

Small question though would you happen to know (i did check the forum couldn’t find a solution just yet) how i remove the colors when hovering over a social icon i have them set up in the left menu bottom but i’m not sure if it’s an images as i can’t find it anywhere in the files.

And my last question i would like to remove the shadow from the sub menu (the one that is working perrrrrfect now) but everytime i look up the code but can’t find it.

I figured out how to set up the recent articles as in the joyn demo. I had to use the ‘recent posts’ element and set it up as a carousel!

One last question though i’ve been trying to set up a menu on the top using the forum entry below, but somehow i can’t figure out how to set it up.. Also is it possible to remove the ‘one page navigation’ on the right and instead use only the one on top of the page?
