Is this whats affecting the thumbnails? Or is it just the outdated PHP files for woo commerce? I’m just worried that every time there is a theme update I’m going to have to hire and pay a developer, once I pass the site on to my client it will cause issues for me if there site suddenly starts looking weird.

Hi, The thumbnail regeneration kind of worked as in some are the same size but some are still larger than others, and some will show the bottom of the rollover image too, is there still no way I can just make them all the same size, even if the featured image size is different?
I have attached a screenshot of current settings, previously I was making all featured images 600 x 800 but I’m running out of time and was hoping the thumbnails will just automatically all be the same size no matter the dimensions of the featured image
Cheers again

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hi, yeah had a feeling it weren’t a theme issue
Anyway the thumbnail regret didn’t work
There seems to be a few option for product thumbnail resize but none seemed to work
Would it be under ‘WooCommerce’ / ‘Settings’ / ‘Display’
Or ‘Settings’ / ‘Media’
Attached current screenshots for both sections
Cheers

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hi, i’ll try this now, usually I use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin when the thumbs look pixelated, its more that they are different sizes, will get back to you when I’ve done it
I also have this issue now below, do you know what this is? I aint changed anything but maybe its an issue for my developer?
File Permission Issues
We were unable to modify required files. Please ensure that /home/darrenmc/public_html/mycelebritydress.com/wp-content/uploads/ has the proper read-write permissions, or modify your wp-config.php file to contain your FTP login credentials as outlined here..Cheers

Hi, sorry for delay in replying was busy sorting other things, I still have the issue though
I did the set “Enable Multi Masonry” to “No”. But thumbnails are all different sizes even though the ‘featured image’ is 600 x 800.
Some images are square and some are long, I basically want the thumbnails not to cut off any of the image and be in proportion to the image size
Any way to do this without hiring a developer?
Cheers

Hi, no probs so shall I check all 4 boxes? Or just content demo?
Hi, no I have purchased Atilier and I want to import the demo content that is within the Atelier demo site as its in the options on the left hand side, I assume the page that has the Tiles, Tiles, Tiles is then part of the demo content
Hi, how about if I import the Atelier Demo site, will that then have the Tiles page at http://swiftideas.com/home/home-tiles-tiles-tiles/ then i can use that as a template
I have attached a screenshot, do I select all 4 options or just demo content
Cheers

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hi, I will try that, but is there no way like on Dante where you can choose pre-made pages so I can see exactly how the page is made, it was very helpful on Dante where I could choose the pages that were on the demo and see how they were made and copy code etc

Hi not sure if its been mentioned but the option of reducing the padding between portfolio columns would be great, was going to pay a developer to give me the option to decrease the spacing to zero or 1 pixel
Hi Rui, it seems to work fine now on both iPad and iPhone, I never did anything at all, its happened before completely randomly so I will keep an eye on it
1 more little issue on my portfolio page http://www.massappealdesigns.com/portfolio/ I have used the pagination option, last time it worked fine but now I’m getting a 404 error when i click on the next page or page 2 etc??
Also throughout site I’m still getting text going off the screen, ill set up a separate thread again with screenshots
Hi, thanks, i’ll look into it
I also seem to have an issue where on iPhone and iPad the menu icon does nothing , it worked fine up until a few days ago but the last 2 days I’m constantly touching the menu icon and just nothing happens, not sure if it is ever since I updated the Dante theme

Hi, sorry for delay
1) The custom code you have in the footer is not responsive. You should ask your developer to make it responsive so it can break in 2 lines when the window width is smaller.
its in other places too that the developer has not touched, it seems just totally random really, I sorted one section out but it was just random how i fixed it, ill look into it myself and see what i can do
2) Can you provide us the full url to our specific demo page? The one you sent is the generic from Themeforest.
http://dante.swiftideas.net/portfolio-full-width-masonry/ sometimes its perfectly 4 columns, if i reduce the browser size a few cm’s it goes to 3 columns with the space to the right, ill move it a few more cm’s and then its perfect, then again if i reduce it a few more cm’s it does the same with the space to the right, so basically it keeps changing depending on screen size every few cm’s
Hi thanks
1: I hired a guy to change the footer so now it looks a bit better though the social media links still go off the page, I’m using an iPhone 6 using Safari and also Chrome, I reduced my browser on my macbook to emulate a mobile and it still does goes off screen (attached)
2: I notice this happens on your Dante theme demo too http://themeforest.net/item/dante-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/6175269, looks fine with rows of 3 but with rows of 4 it shifts to rows of 3 with a massive gap to the right, attached a screenshot
Cheers
