ok I tried on a mirror site, switched to another theme, the checkout page is totally fine, but when I switch back to neighbourhood or its child theme , the checkout page is gone

so it’s the new theme problem, please help fix

I have solved the problem myself, there is a problem in your instruction ( http://www.swiftideas.com/knowledgebase/translating-the-theme-using-poedit/ ) that you miss out

logout and you will see the page like the image I attached here
