For some reason I only have one row of the wysiwyg editor, when I thought it was two(Unless I’m completely delirious of having no sleep right now), the second line having font color control, allign text, text size, etc. If it was only one, What’s a good plugin for managing this?

You need to click the Kitchen Sink icon so WordPress displays the second row 🙂
