Should I update to 3.9.2 wordpress?

I received an email today warning me of security threat and in order to be safe to upgrade to 3.9.2. But I’m worried that some of my plugins won’t work with the newer version. What do you think?

Hi

It’s best to update to the latest version of WordPress to prevent your site from being prone to hacking. If any plugins don’t work you would need to contact the plugin developer to fix
