Hi,

When somebody order we cant see what they have ordered in the backend (woocommerce ordes), no variation or price)
Also in the woocommerce emails there is no product information.

What can this be, we tried, deactivating plugins.

Could you please have a look?

Hi

1) The backend is WooCommerce plugin territory, the theme does not interact with this so you would need to contact WooCommerce.

2) Same for the order email, the theme does not interact with that. It is set in WooCommerce => Settings => Email
