OK so test orders work on Authorize.net and I had Mijireh setup the professional installation because while the test orders were working there, something was going awry between my site and checkout. It’s still broken! I’m worried it’s something wrong with WooCommerce because I had problems with the install of Neighborhood.
Systems status looks like everything is fine, but I get this error whenever you get to the last phase of checking out:
• Order failed: This transaction has been declined
How do I fix this? 🙁 This is kind of urgent – is there a premium support service somewhere? The site is http://www.bearbottomcandles.com
