    Hello, support! I am having a hard time sorting our staging site errors after I updated the plugin WooCommerce 3.0.0. Can you please visit our test site and look around what cause the site crash. I cannot update our production site because of the error. Thank you.

    Your server is not loading any plugin/theme files. Please ask your host for assistance.

    Hi @Billy,

    What exactly you see wrong? I’m only seeing a missing menu, you have to assign it again in the menu locations.

    Hello Rui, Sorry for late response again. After testing and updating WooCommerce and having some bug/s display and not good rendering on our homepage, we don’t update the WooCommerce. But today we decided to update and test it again. I updated 1st the new Atelier theme update as what I read on the forum then WooCommerce. So here are some of bug/s showing up on site (staging).     Hi,

    Your server is still not loading the resources. These all seem related to your various plugins, not the theme itself.

    Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active and contact your hosting provider.

    Your support license has now expired or you have not entered one within your profile to validate your purchase. To access the support forums please renew your support license for your theme(s) on ThemeForest.
