    1) and 2) – It definitely is not a result of the child theme, because I switched to the parent theme and had exactly the same issue. But I did find the source of the problem. I *thought* I had tested with all plugins disabled, but I went through the process again and found that the button to re-order previous orders *and* the previous order details re-appeared when I disabled the WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator plugin. This plugin provides crucial functionality for us, so I’m not yet sure what we’re going to do.

    3) I still see this problem (Related Product images 0px in height) even when using the parent theme (yes, most recent version of theme and WooCommerce) and all plugins disabled. What else could be causing it?

    3) Grr. I found the problem. I was hiding the You May Also Like… upsells section with CSS. When that is hidden, the height of the Related Product images changes to 0px. That seems weird, but bottom line: You were right. It *was* related to an edit we had made. My apologies.

1 & 2) I would ask the plugin developers, hopefully they are aware of it!

    3) Glad you sorted it, no worries – happens to the best of us!

    Hi!

I’ve updated the theme to the newest version that I downloaded from Themeforest. If I enter in the Theme it appears as Version 1.68.

But, when I try to make a purchase, I receive the same error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Shipping::get_available_shipping_methods() in /…/themes/neighborhood/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php on line 14

I review the system status of Woocommerce and appears as not updated this pages:
review-order.php la versión 1.6.4 no está actualizada. La versión del núcleo es 2.1.0,
email-order-items.php la versión 2.0.3 no está actualizada. La versión del núcleo es 2.1.2,
email-order-items.php la versión 2.0.0 no está actualizada. La versión del núcleo es 2.1.2,
product-attributes.php la versión 2.0.8 no está actualizada. La versión del núcleo es 2.1.3,

How can I solve it!? It doesn’t show the option to upload the theme again.

    Thank you.
    Damián.

    Hi Damián,

Please delete the theme folder, and then re-upload. You appear to have old files that shouldn’t be there.

    HI, Ed

If I delete the theme folder and I reupload it, I’ll lost all the pages and changes that I’ve made to the theme?

    Thanks.
    Damian.

    Hi,

I Just installed Woocommerce 2.1 but I can’t find the Neighborhood update. When I go to Dashboard > Updates, it says Your themes are all up to date. But when I go to Appearance > Themes > Neighborhood it says that i am using version 1.5.2.

Also when I want to add a product to my shoppingbag it doesn’t react, maybe because the theme isn’t up to date?

    Thanks,
    Fedde

You need to download version 1.6 from themeforest, and then you will be able to update through the wordpress admin to 1.68

When I install the new version i get the following message:

    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the theme…
    Destination folder already exists. /home/vhosts/altamoda.nl/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/neighborhood/
    Theme install failed.

Do I first need to delete this folder and the upload the new one?

Great! It worked. One more question; When I change the order status of a order and save the order, the page will redirect to /wp-admin/post.php but the page is empty. When I refresh the page it will redirect to the orderpage and the status is adjusted. So it still works but why will it first show an empty page instead of redirect directly?
