No problem
This is because Ed is the developer of the theme, so he knows the code like that back of his hand as he wrote it. But Ed only has time to provide support for the really tricky questions.

Swift IdeasMarch 27, 2014 at 3:10 pm #61733I am running WooCommerce 2.1.6 and Neighborhood 1.68. Three problems after recent updates:
1) Returning customers no longer have the ability to re-order past orders. Comparing the Neighborhood version of the order-details.php file to the WooCommerce version, it is clear that the differences are substantial. For one thing, you are checking a variable, woocommerce_allow_customers_to_reorder, which doesn’t seem to appear in the code of the current version of WooCommerce. Allowing customers to re-order past orders is an important feature for us.
2) Details of past orders are missing. When I log in as a customer and look at the details for one of my previous orders, all I see is the name of the product and the featured image – unit price, quantity, total, etc. are all missing.
3) Related Products images at bottom of single product page are 0px in height. See here:

I recently submitted a ticket on this, Mohammad gave me some custom code to fix it, but that fix has not been rolled into the most recent update.March 28, 2014 at 1:22 pm #62132Hi @ksprague,
1) Checked here and seems to show the same as what shows on default WordPress themes – not sure but maybe this feature isn’t in WooCommerce 2.1 as standard?
2) Checked here and showing fine – https://www.dropbox.com/s/0lpg1k4eon4eiad/Screenshot%202014-03-28%2013.22.05.png
3) Can you provide a login for this please? I’d like to check it out. Again, not able to replicate it here!

April 2, 2014 at 12:18 pm #63707Ed – you’ll get *what* code into the next update? I would appreciate a more detailed response, so we know how to proceed.
1) As I mentioned, the Neighborhood theme is checking a variable, woocommerce_allow_customers_to_reorder, which doesn’t seem to appear in the code of the current version of WooCommerce. Doesn’t that indicate that something needs to be re-examined in your code?
2) Regardless of whether the previous orders page is showing fine on *your* installation, it is not working for us. Even disabling all plugins and switching to the parent theme (to ensure that it isn’t anything in our child theme causing the issue) does not make the order details re-appear.
3) Related Products image size – is this the code you hope to roll in to the next release? Does that mean you have determined that it’s something in the Neighborhood theme causing this problem?
I appreciate the help, but I often get answers back from swiftideas that are so brief as to be almost meaningless. Please elaborate a bit.
April 2, 2014 at 12:19 pm #63708I am getting major issues after the update Ed. I can not even access the WordPress control panel + the site is acting weird.
I have posted the issues in the Support forum, please help me I really need the site to be up right now

http://support.swiftideas.net/forums/topic/transparent-top-drop-menuApril 2, 2014 at 12:37 pm #63715@ksprague – apologies, I was referring to the previous code you were talking about.
1) Just rechecked this, with the latest version of WooCommerce and the button is showing for me now – can you check your site?
2) How did you update the theme? If you’ve tested with no plugins then it’s likely a setup issue somewhere. Just want to confirm first that you have the latest version of all the files. When did this issue start occurring for you?
3) It seems as though it’s only a problem you’re having, and I’m wondering if this could be because of any edits you’ve made. Still looking into it, but this is the code I was referring to in my previous response.
Apologies if you felt it was brief, but as you hadn’t replied to my previous comment I assumed you were ok on those points.

April 2, 2014 at 12:38 pm #63717@konig – will reply in those topics. It doesn’t look like a theme issue at all.
