Hi Guys,

I have an issue, not sure if you can help, but let’s try…

I use Woocommerce on our site with three different payment method (PayPal, Stripe and Afterpay).
The issue for couple of weeks is with the order statuses… It looks like that for some reason when someone probably abandone the cart, the status of the payment from “pending payment” doesn’t change to “cancelled”. In the past years it worked well.
The only issue with this is “pending payment” holds the stock while “cancelled” doesn’t.

Any idea why the status doesn’t update itself?

Hi,

It’s difficult to tell, can you check in Woocommerce-> System status if you find something wrong?
Go the logs tab to see if there is any recent error.

Also check in the server for the error log file to see if there is any recent error.
