Honestly Mohammad, I sent you this information in post February 6, 2015 at 4:02 pm #147879. You can see 2 images, one shows good header and the other bad header)

If you go to theme options-header options you will find 7 types of header and if you select header 3,4 and 5, you will be able to control the opacity of the header and it is set to 0% so I shouldn’t be seeing the white stripe behind the logo and the menu. (see the post on february 6 for reference, more clear, cant’t be)

Mohammad, each page has it’s own header image, now the home image repeats in every single page. This is not right. Something is pushing the background down.

That is because you need to enable the Naked Header mode on each page. The background set on each page is within the section below the header – not in the same section.

Hi Ed, can you please drive me step by step, I guess this naked header is part of a recent update. I tried everything using standard header, naked light and naked dark, I’ve used header 3,4, and 5 with opacity 0 but nothing works. I really believe something else is affecting the header, this thing was perfect two weeks ago.

I need to solve this thing fast, my client is driving me crazy.

I wrote that I already change to naked header inside the page and still not working. Please, I don’t want to be in this conversation saying the same thing over and over again. I know the theme very well. I’ve use it before and never had any issue.

Have you made any changes to the template files? I’m seeing 2 body tags in the source, which will likely cause a lot of issues, and we can’t be responsible for issues caused from customisations.

I just saw your reply Ed. In order to keep my theme with no modifications, I re-instal the theme again with the idea of having everything clean, but the white stripe still there, I don’t know what else I should do. Any recommendation?

Something is still very wrong. Seeing 2 body tags, and none of the WordPress classes outputting to the body tag. Have you tried fresh WordPress files? What version are you using?
