Made several tests and can’t get to a conclusion. Will forward to the development team to see if they can help on this.

Not exactly, but the question is that some problems also occurred with twenty Fourteen active. That’s why can’t figure it out.

Please enable the WP-DEBUG so that the developers can check any error. Don’t have a precise time, will try that it’s seen later today(but it depends on other tasks too)

    Let’s wait.

    Hi

I’ve passed this on to the developer to look at for you. Thank you for your patience

    Hi @onetwofour

Must be a server error (likely PHP memory limit), can’t be anything wrong with the theme that I’m aware of.

Did you enable WP_Debug? That should show an error on the white screen that will point to the issue.

    Hi @onetwofour

Can’t think of anything that could be related to php version in regards to the ID of the row being the cause of the issue. My suggestion on php memory was merely a guess – if you have 128Mb that should be more than enough.

php.ini won’t help much – do you not get an error message on the white screen with WP_DEBUG enabled? If not, please ask your host to check the logs to see if there is anything to indicate the cause of the issue here.

I can only assume it is something server related though – we have hundreds of users using this with no issue.

    Hi,

No we don’t get any errors in WP-debug mode.

Could you be a bit more specific about it being server related as we don’t have a problem with any other theme running on there.

It is self hosted and there is no error in the logs related to this problem which is why I posted to this forum.

If it is the environment, do you have a minimum spec or requirements as I couldn’t find any info on the template page on Themeforrest.

    Thanks,
    Jamie

Great. Definitely something in the server.
The mobile menu is opening the overlay menu, can you also clear your cache.
