    Website is not loading gets stocked on the pre-loader stage.

    Please upgrade to latest version 2.06 of theme. Hope it should fix the issue.

    I tried some things and it seems memory issues. Can you increase it a little bit by editing the wp-config.php

    Disable the plugins you are not using.

    Thanks for the email. I read the page you sent me but I’m not sure how to make the change. I don’t see in the wp-config.php the field to increase the memory. Is this something you guys can help me out?

    Hi,
    Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file:
    Increasing memory allocated to PHP
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');

    Site is till not working after trying a few things. Talk to host provider and they mentioned either is a plugin or theme problem.

    – Increased php memory
    – Deactivated plugins 1 by 1 and nothing
    – The plugins activated are all the required by the site
    – Updated Joyn theme

    Please advise. I don’t know what else to do to get the site to load again.

    if i update to the attached files you sent me would the template delete my previous website?

    The version is the same so unless you made any modification in the theme files there is no problem. I’m just afraid that the update you made previously didn’t completed.

    I already advised if you didn’t made any modification in the files of the theme(.php .css .js) then there is no problem.

    The theme options and all the other content is stored in the database and that won’t change.
