check this additional info, 8 seconds to the server reply, at this phase the theme isn’t yet being loaded, so they shouldn’t point the problem to the theme has you can check analyzing our Atelier Demo site.

also got some errors in one of the nameservers of your domain.

guess it’s better to follow Kyle advice.
