    The website Response time is very show

    It’s very late to load on any browser

    I would contact whoever set up your dns service. If it was yourself, I’d contact 123reg for help.

    They need to set your site to use both www. and none http://www., as currently it’s forwarding, which is causing the slow loading

    funny but they say as:

    I have checked the logs for your site and the only errors triggered are related to the fact that your website requires a larger amount of resources than available. Since your site uses the woocomerce plugins, which are known for using large amounts of resources, I’m afraid that at this time, if you do not wish to remove / disable these plugins, would be to consider using a different hosting solution, as I’ve previously suggested.
    If you wish, I can disable all the woocommerce plugins on your behalf by renaming their folders to .hold and then run new speed tests that should indicate if the plugins are the cause for the slowness or not.

    Are you not using WooCommerce though? If not then go to Plugins and disable it

    They’ve said their servers can’t handle WooCommerce and that you’ll need to get different hosting. We recommend WP Engine
