    Hi there,

    I’ve been seeking for a solution in this forum for my problem but I was not able to find any.

    Our website http://www.la-leaf.com is down every time we try to update NEIGHBORHOOD theme in WP dashboard. With the latest update which we tried to update since yesterday the website has been down ever since.

    I have received the zip file via email to upload it but I have no clue how to update it.
    Sorry if this is very basic, but it is driving me really crazy.

    You need to upload the .zip file through ftp
