Hi, yesterday I updated my wordpress version and the atelier version. The website was working normally until today. Suddenly I got white screen. I turned on Debug mode and I got this message:

Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; Swift_Import has a deprecated constructor in /customers/1/4/c/gazllgroup.se/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/atelier-importer/atelier-importer.php on line 29 Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /customers/1/4/c/gazllgroup.se/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/atelier-importer/atelier-importer.php:29) in /customers/1/4/c/gazllgroup.se/httpd.www/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1167

I can’t access the admin panel, too. I have tried using FTP to rename my plugins folders but the website is still a blank white. Can you please take a look at this problem and tell me what to do to make it normal again? Thank you very much in advance ๐Ÿ™‚

    Regards,
    Fred

    Hi Fred,

What PHP version are you using? Can you be sure you are on version 7?

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

Yes I just checked my PHP version and it’s said 7.0.7. But anyway, the website is accessible again now, although I still got some error message when I turned on the Debug mode. I can’t remember what I did. I deleted and re-uploaded the atelier and atelier-child folders using FTP, disabled some plugins, and something else maybe. At least my client is happy again now. I will let you know if the same problem occur again, okay? Thank you very much, David.

    Regards,
    Fred

    Hi,
I am glad ๐Ÿ™‚ that you managed to resolve it. I think that this problem should not occur again.
    Thanks
    Mohammad
