Hi,
I keep getting this message on every page within my wordpress dashboard.
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘sf_envato_toolkit_credentials_admin_notices’ not found or invalid function name in /home/jacksheo/2014.jacksheo.com/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 429
Any idea how to fix this?
December 18, 2013 at 10:30 am #37994Hi,
It seems to be coming from the envato toolkit plugin. Disabling it should hide the error message. It could be possible that the plugin is not WP 3.8 compatible yet. Thanks
TahirDecember 18, 2013 at 10:53 am #37999Hi Tahir,
But I cannot find any envato toolkit plugin in my list of plugins.
Where else should I check?
Thanks

TahirDecember 19, 2013 at 11:50 am #38337Hey guys,
Apologies for this. It only shows if you have the Envato Toolkit installed, but you haven’t yet set your username / api key. If you go to Envato Toolkit on the left then add the two fields, it will remove the message.
We’ve put a fix in to stop the message showing without the details being entered for the next update.
Thanks,
– Ed
December 19, 2013 at 11:53 am #38341Managed to solve the problem by:
1) downloading the envato toolkit from: https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit/archive/master.zip
2) installing the plugin in wordpress
3) generating an API key in themeforest via http://themeforest.net/user/xxxxx/api_keys/edit
Change xxxxx to your username in themeforest4) going to the envato plugin setting page in wordpress and key in your themeforest id and API
December 19, 2013 at 11:57 am #38347I believe most are like me – do not have the envato toolkit installed. If you search for envato using the search function in wordpress, it will not show the envato toolkit. I had to google for it, download and then install it.
December 19, 2013 at 12:03 pm #38352Hi Jacksheo,
Thanks for the feedback, did you not have the install option in Appearance > Install Plugins?

December 19, 2013 at 12:05 pm #38354Hey Ed,
Not sure actually cos I did not check that page.
I only tried to search for the plugin via /wp-admin/plugin-install.php but nothing showed up.
Looks like I did not set up the theme properly? 😀
December 19, 2013 at 5:59 pm #38392Well we only added the Envato Toolkit with v1.15, so you may have not necessarily seen it.
Glad you sorted it!

December 19, 2013 at 11:17 pm #38440I have the Envato toolkit plugin installed (as directed by “Install Plugins”), but I do not see any options anywhere to input credentials or anything like that. In fact, I do not see anything Envato other that in the plugins list and in the error message.
December 20, 2013 at 7:35 am #38476Hi Bobby,
Do you get the green envato logo with the Envato Toolkit option in the left WordPress admin menu? https://www.dropbox.com/s/p6vex8pzphp3mr5/Screenshot%202013-12-20%2007.35.49.png
