Hi Ed,
The problem I have is when you view an image in Lightbox, if there is a sidebar with video, the video(s) appear in the Lightbox image (really distracting). Any suggestions? Also, you mentioned css. If I alter this right now and then you fix this little bug in the next version, are there going to be any problems?
Thanks

April 19, 2013 at 4:25 am #2178Hi Ed,
It does it every time on Mozilla and on my mobile. When I first look at it in Chrome, only the right side video link is there and a little bit of the left side. If I close out of the lightbox and then click on the image again, it disappears and looks fine in Chrome that is. It’s always there and never goes away in Mozilla and on my mobile.
Thanks
April 19, 2013 at 7:23 pm #2228Hi,
I’ve just checked in Chrome and Firefox and the lightbox loads fine, there are no videos in/over it. Of course, since the area around the lightbox image is semi-transparent, you will see your site in the background – just as with any lightbox out there.
Regards,

April 19, 2013 at 11:12 pm #2271Once again, sorry for the weird code stuff showing up!
April 21, 2013 at 11:20 pm #2381No worries, are you on a PC or Mac? Just trying to get an understanding to try and get a setup to replicate it.

April 22, 2013 at 3:34 am #2403It’s a laptop with XP. I had a friend, who is a programmer, look at it, and he said that it’s working like it should for him. It’s weird that it’s doing this with both search engines.
Thanks again
April 22, 2013 at 10:37 pm #2567It sounds like a local issue. I’ve tried a number of machines and setups and still unable to replicate unfortunately!

April 24, 2013 at 4:23 pm #2783Hi Ed,
It is a very weird problem, and my programmer friend is helping me to try and resolve it. It only happens when a video widget is in the frame of the lightbox viewer. Nothing else in the sidebar appears in the lightbox, not an advertizement, calendar etc. This happens on all of our devices and browsers. I checked flashplayer to see if that was the issue, but nothing came of it. I know you guys are busy, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
April 25, 2013 at 12:51 am #2870It looks like a z-index issue, but hard to find a fix without being able to replicate.
Try:
.widget-video iframe { z-index: 1; }
