Video background not showing on IE

It seems like background video is not working properly, at least in IE11. On the given site, the top section should have a background video. I’ve checked on several different computers using IE11 and am getting the same result, which is just displaying the background color. Works fine in Firefox and Chrome. I’ve updated to the most recent version of Atelier.

Does the video link play directly in your IE11 browser?

The likely issue is the encoding.

Thanks Ed, looks like this in fact the case. I have the same video loaded on a site using Dante and the same thing happens. I have that set up to load a random slide with a fallback image for the videos so I just never realized it wasn’t working. Odd since we had two videos made at the same time and one works while the other does not.
