Hi there,

We have a video background on the hero banner on our homepage.

After testing our homepage on a few tablets the video would not load so we introduced a row element visible on tablets only and updated the video for an image but we are still having the same issue.

The screenshot attached is what the banner is supposed to do on a tablet device (it works in a Chrome inspector tablet simulator on desktop) but doesn’t actually work when you test it on a tablet.
