VAT is displayed incorrect

I have a problem with the viewing of the shipping VAT.

What I like to have is to see the final price for shipping (5.Euro) and it´s included VAT 0,80 Cent (19% of 5,- Euro) in all steps of the checkout.
But I only see this correct in step 3 of the checkout (like you see in the atteched picture 32.jpg). After step 3 I see no VAT (0,80 Cent) for the shipping anymore.(pic4.jpg)

Also there is no VAT for the shipping in the checkout mail (pic5).

How can I displayed the VAT for the sphipping in step 3 and 4?

thanks for your answer, but this does not help me.

At all time of the checkout process I want to see the following information:
Shipping: 5.- Euro (inkl. 7 % VAT = 0,80 Cent)

at present I only see this:
Shipping: 5.- Euro

I tried all way. That is not feature or issue with theme. This issue comes with woocommerce so it would be better to ask at woocommerce support forum https://support.woothemes.com/ to get exact solution. Hope you will get it exact solution.
